Awaken your Movement with Anatomy and Clay:
The Deep Inner Core
 
The power of understanding your anatomy is the basis to embody movement and make changes.
 
Using clay and mannequins we will build muscles, tendons and ligaments, developing anatomical imagery incorporated into the Pilates Method under the guidance of Pilates master trainer, Franklin Method® Educator and Balanced Body faculty for Anatomy in 3 Dimensions™ Ann Crammond.
 
In this workshop, you will build the the pelvic floor, respiratory diaphragm and
the abdominal spinal support muscles
learning:

• How your core is designed to function
• The job the core performs
• What muscle training increases your core’s
strengthand endurance
• Exercises coordinating the muscles of the core.

We welcome ourselves as is and we welcome others as is. One of the many great lessons of meditation.
Take 30 minutes out of your day to "become" -- become more patient, more kind, more compassionate.

In this introduction to meditation, we will allow ourselves 30 minutes to:

--Discuss the benefits of meditation
--Learn simple tools to build our own at-home practice
--Experience a short, guided meditation

 Be Hippy! Hip Strength and Mobility for Runners Step 1

Learn the essentials of hip strength and mobility including a runner's dynamic warm-up, evidenced-based strength and endurance training for the lower extremities, and flexibility work for your home program. Designed to educate you for injury prevention with a grand focus on alignment and pearls of core integration for increased power.
